The Corporate and M&A team continues to see strong deal activity and is looking to grow. It's an opportunity for a lawyer to build expertise across the full transaction lifecycle while working closely with experienced partners and senior practitioners.
The Work Itself
You'll advise on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions and corporate advisory matters. The work includes acquisitions, takeovers, IPOs, demergers and capital raisings, as well as advising listed and private companies on governance, regulatory and compliance issues.
You'll gain exposure to the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and commercial negotiations while working directly with partners on matters that shape the strategic direction of clients' businesses.

Sound Like You?
You're a corporate lawyer with 2-5 years' post-admission experience and exposure to M&A, capital markets or broader corporate advisory work. You have strong drafting and research skills, a sound understanding of corporate law principles and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy practice.
