The Work Itself
You'll work across a broad mix of property matters, including developments, acquisitions, disposals and commercial transactions for an established client base. The role offers direct client exposure and involvement throughout the entire transaction lifecycle. One matter may involve a major development project, while the next focuses on a strategic acquisition or high-value disposal. For senior lawyers, there will also be opportunities to mentor junior team members and contribute to the management of larger transactions.

Sound Like You?
You're a property lawyer with experience in commercial transactions and property development matters. You enjoy working directly with clients, have strong technical and communication skills, and want exposure to complex, varied work. If you're a more senior lawyer, you'll also have the leadership skills and desire to support the development of junior team members while continuing to grow your own practice.
