With more than 20 years in executive recruitment working with some of Australia’s leading professional services recruitment firms, Alex Correa established Alex Correa Executive in 2010 with a commitment to provide her clients effective and timely recruitment solutions that remains today. Since 2010, her
business has grown and Alex Correa Executive is amongst the most well-known and respected
recruitment firms assisting corporations and legal firms in Brisbane.
Recognised for her contribution to the Queensland legal recruitment industry, Alex won 2024 Best Recruiter, Legal Queensland. With a strong foundation in learning and development, Alex understands the importance of creating the right environment for people to be the best they can be. Known for her transparent and pragmatic style Alex is regarded as an industry advisor in matters relating to people management, employer and personal branding, salary benchmarking, practice management and marketing.
Passion and purpose are said to be the key to success and fulfilment and this has been the keystone of
Alex’s vision for professionals she works with. Alex is driven by a desire to empower professionals to
take control of their careers and to find the professional ‘sweet spot’ where they truly love, and are

Alex holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management, a Certified Organisational Coach and a Certified Professional (CAHRI) with the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Alex supports several community initiatives and as a self-confessed foodie and beekeeping enthusiast,
Alex loves cooking and entertaining, spending time with her family and travelling to hidden gems.

JENNIFER Talent Resourcer + Operations
Jennifer is a dedicated professional with a unique blend of expertise in customer service and education. With over 13 years of experience working for some of the nation’s largest insurance companies, Jennifer built a solid foundation in customer relations while completing her degree in education. Since joining Alex Correa Executive at its inception in 2010, she has played a pivotal role in the company’s journey, witnessing its remarkable growth and success with pride.
In her current role, Jennifer leads talent resourcing and operations, leveraging the extensive experience of Alex and Sophie to ensure the highest quality outcomes for both clients and candidates. She finds great fulfilment in seeing the entire process come full circle, from the initial inquiry about a role to sending a welcome gift on a candidate’s first day. Jennifer’s passion for engaging with people and her keen ability to understand the unique needs of each individual contribute to the team’s ability to deliver exceptional results.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys diving into fiction, exploring new culinary experiences, and attending musical theatre productions. She also cherishes quality time with her family, including her two young boys.
