The Work Itself
Acting for major banks, non-bank lenders, listed companies, multinationals, private equity and property developers across corporate and institutional finance, secured and unsecured lending, property and construction finance, acquisition finance and debt capital markets. Cross-border matters, client meetings and relationship building alongside day-to-day transaction work. Broad, varied and genuinely instructive at this stage of a career.
