It is of no surprise that many have become loyal and trusted friends in law.
We are full of gratitude for the many referrals received, for the support and trust. In our 12th year in business we launched a brand new referral reward program that creates impact not only for our clients, candidates and referrers but also for those in our local community.
Candidate Referrals
For those whose friends or colleagues are looking for honest and transparent career advice including remuneration and salary advice, career planning and understanding the career opportunities currently available, our team is here to assist. Our team at Alex Correa Executive has built a reputation as discreet and trusted career advisors who take the time to understand professional goals.
Your Reward
Since introducing our rewards program in 2011, we have shown our referrers our gratitude through vouchers for their holiday and shopping enjoyment. We will reward our referrers with $250 vouchers (to a retailers of choice) when we place someone or recruit for a business that you refer to us. And when we reward you, we will make a donation of the same value to your favourite charity or do this on your behalf to Women's Legal Service.
Business Referrals
Do you know employers who might need our help? For those law firms or in-house legal teams or government departments who might be challenged with finding the right talent, we are confident that we can assist. We will take the time to understand their needs, and work with them to develop a strategy that attracts the very best candidates available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM
For referring a candidate to Alex Correa Executive who is subsequently placed in a permanent or contract role with a client of Alex Correa Executive, you will receive a $250 voucher to a retailer of your choice (“Referral Reward”).
The Referral Reward is only payable if:
- the referred candidate discloses to Alex Correa Executive that they were referred by the third party; and
- the referred candidate commences and remains employed for the required probationary period.
In the event the referred candidate’s CV was already on the database of Alex Correa Executive prior to the referral, then a referral is deemed to have occurred only if a consultant from Alex Correa Executive has had no contact with the referred person within the previous six months.
Candidates referred by more than one person
If the referred candidate is referred to Alex Correa Executive by two or more people then the Referral Reward will be split equally between the number of people that referred the candidate.
Referral of a Business:
A Referral Reward is payable for referring a business to Alex Correa Executive if a candidate is placed in a role with that business within six months of the referral.
The Referral Reward is only payable if the referred business had not used Alex Correa Executive for recruitment in the previous 24 months.New Paragraph
