Your New Role
Acting for leading public and significant private companies across property, mining, technology, media, and energy & resources, you’ll be at the forefront of complex, high-stakes matters that shape industries.

In this exciting role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad mix of disputes, including:

• Property-related, contractual and commercial disputes – tackling intricate issues across the property and commercial contracts
• Shareholder and franchising disputes – guiding clients through sensitive and high-value conflicts.
• IT/IP disputes, insolvency and recoveries – engaging in fast-paced, cutting-edge work

• 2-3 years PAE in commercial litigation; 
• Strong academics;
• Excellent communication, technical skills and attention to detail;
• Exceptional drafting skills and;
• Advanced interpersonal skills.
