The legal team is a trusted business partner, working alongside stakeholders to support commercial objectives, manage risk and help navigate strategic decisions across the organisation.
The Work Itself
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you'll play a key role in advising on a broad range of commercial, operational and strategic matters across the business.
Working as part of a small and highly collaborative legal team, you'll be trusted to lead matters independently, partner directly with stakeholders and contribute to key commercial and operational initiatives across the business.
Your work may include:
- Commercial contracts and negotiations
- Strategic projects and business initiatives
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Property, leasing and development matters
- Procurement and supplier arrangements
- Governance, compliance and risk management
- Data, technology and operational projects
- Company secretariat and corporate governance matters
