Your New Role
Working alongside a highly regarded partner with international experience, you will be exposed to the renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, manufacturing, and defence sectors. Advising a broad mix of clients ranging from innovative startups to multinationals across a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including:

• Domestic and cross-border M&A
• Foreign investment and regulatory frameworks (FIRB, ASIC, ASX, AEMO, CER)
• Corporate structuring, governance, and compliance
• Joint ventures, energy and infrastructure project startups
• Emerging enterprise and market access
• Complex contracts and negotiations

• 4-6 years PAE in corporate/commercial law;
• Experience in foreign investment and/or sound knowledge of relevant legislation; 
• Adaptable and confident advising across sectors and jurisdictions
• Excellent communication, technical skills and attention to detail;
• Exceptional drafting skills;
• Advanced interpersonal skills; and 
• Have a desire to support and guide less experienced lawyers/ paralegals in the team.
