Your New Role
Join a high-performing team recognised for its depth of expertise in M&A, capital markets, and corporate advisory. You’ll work closely with clients ranging from emerging ventures to ASX-listed companies, gaining exposure to transformational deals and the commercial realities driving them.
Your work will span:

• Equity capital markets, IPOs, demergers, and secondary raisings
• M&A and takeovers, including due diligence and negotiation
• ASX and ASIC compliance, governance, and disclosure obligations
• Corporate advisory across both listed and private entities

• up to 20 weeks paid parental leave;
• lower billable targets;
• an in-house business development and marketing team and a budget to support you in building your external profile;

• 4–7 years’ PAE in corporate law with solid experience across M&A and transactional work;

• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to complex matters; and
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal precision and business outcomes.
