The Work Itself
Working closely with leading corporate partners, you'll advise on complex domestic and cross-border transactions for listed and private companies, financial sponsors and private capital investors.
The work spans acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, corporate restructures and strategic investments across sectors including energy and resources, infrastructure and financial services. You'll also work with offshore private equity funds and trading houses on Australian investments, gaining exposure to sophisticated transaction structures and high-value deal activity.

You're a senior corporate lawyer with strong M&A experience, ideally gained at a leading top-tier, national or international firm. You've worked across private M&A transactions and enjoy navigating complex legal and commercial issues in fast-moving environments.
You combine strong technical ability with commercial judgement, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team. Most importantly, you're looking to further develop your M&A expertise within a practice that is consistently recognised as a market leader.
