Your New Role
This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of Australia’s most respected disputes teams, acting on a critical and complex matter for the Commonwealth Government alongside a national cohort of lawyers and paralegals. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders while collaborating with colleagues across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Canberra.
Opportunities are available from Lawyer (1–2 Years PAE) through to Senior Associate level, offering clear pathways for ambitious litigators at varying career stages. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Acting for government agencies, regulators, and corporate entities in investigations, inquiries, and litigation
- Managing judicial review and regulatory dispute proceedings
- Drafting legal submissions, evidence, and complex client advice
- Coordinating workflows and supervising junior lawyers and paralegals (for Senior Associates)
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with a broad range of government and corporate clients

- 2-4 years’ PAE, ideally within a dedicated construction, projects or infrastructure practice;
