Your New Role
Joining the market-leading Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety team, you will act for blue chip clients, providing expert guidance on workforce strategy, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, compliance issues, and the employment aspects of large-scale M&A transactions. You can also expect to represent clients in Fair Work Commission and court proceedings and engage with industrial and safety regulators.

- 2+ years' PAE with broad experience in employment law;
- Excellent academics, strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Demonstrable experience in one or more of employment law, industrial relations or safety in a private practice, government, or in-house environment;
- Hunger to learn and develop within a market-leading practice.
