Your New Role
In this role, you’ll work alongside leading developers, contractors, and major asset owners to deliver practical legal advice on significant construction and infrastructure projects. From concept through to delivery, you’ll help navigate the complexity of project structuring, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

You will be involved in:

• Advising on infrastructure planning, funding structures, and project risk;
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements including EPCs, ECI contracts, consultancy agreements, letters of intent, early works contracts, and project-specific term sheets;
• Supporting developers and contractors on procurement and contract strategy across commercial, industrial and civil developments;
• Assisting with dispute resolution involving variations, payment claims, and construction defects, in collaboration with our litigation specialists

• 3-5 years PAE in front-end construction with exposure to infrastructure agreements;
• Experienced in managing complex matters and producing high-quality advice and documentation;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset; and
• A team player who values collaboration, precision, and commercial outcomes.
