The Timing
The Brisbane front end projects team is growing, and there's space for an Associate to step in and take on meaningful work from day one. With a pipeline of Queensland, national and international mandates, the next few years offer the kind of exposure that builds a strong projects practice.
The Work Itself
One matter might involve front end construction work on a major infrastructure project, where you're drafting and negotiating the suite of documents that get a build off the ground. Another could see you advising on a project acquisition, working through the structuring and contractual framework that underpins how a development is brought to market. Another still might be a government-led project or a significant real estate development, requiring you to navigate the commercial, regulatory and stakeholder layers that come with high-profile work.
Across all of it, you'll be working nationally alongside colleagues on some of the largest mandates in the country, with the variety and responsibility that comes from a genuinely collaborative team.

Sound Like You?
