The Timing
The Brisbane team is growing, and is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to work alongside two well-regarded principals known for investing in their team's progression. A strong moment to join and build capability in a specialist area with real room to grow.
The Work Itself
Your portfolio will sit at the intersection of specialist and generalist work. Around half will focus on Government & Institutional abuse claims: complex, sensitive matters where institutional clients rely on careful, considered advice and the human stakes are real. The balance will involve a broad range of other insurance claims, including liability and coverage matters, which keeps the work varied and builds technical depth across the wider practice.

Sound Like You?
You'll be an experienced defendant insurance practitioner with previous involvement in G&I claims and a willingness to broaden across liability and coverage. You manage your own file load efficiently, enjoy building client relationships, and are a problem-solver who knows that strong working relationships are what make complex work run smoothly.
