The Timing
The practice is growing and ready for a senior lawyer to step up alongside the Partner. You'll take ownership of client relationships, contribute to practice direction, and help develop the next generation of lawyers in the team.
The Work Itself
One matter might involve leading the negotiation of a complex technology contract for a major corporate client. Another might call for practical, commercially focused advice on a procurement program or a privacy and data issue with regulatory implications. Another still might see you working through cyber security obligations for a government entity, or guiding a global business through its Australian compliance position. The work is varied, commercially grounded, and consistently positioned at the critical intersection of law and technology.
Where You'll Land
You'll work closely with the Partner and a collaborative team, backed by an in-house Business Development & Marketing function to support your external profile. The firm offers realistic billable targets, practitioner and new client incentives, and a defined pathway to partnership.
