This is a Legal Counsel opportunity for a lawyer with 4-5 years PAE who is ready to step into a varied, autonomous in-house role.

The Timing
The legal team is close-knit, widely trusted and growing. Reporting to the Head of Legal ANZ, they need a lawyer who enjoys variety and can work across property law, commercial matters and corporate governance, serving as a trusted legal voice for stakeholders across the business from day one.
The Work Itself
Lease management and supervision across a global property portfolio, construction contracts, leasing renewals and new agreements for lease. Commercial contract drafting, negotiation and review across all business units. Support for corporate transactions including development, M&A, intellectual property and employment matters. Company secretarial and governance support, legal risk management and contribution to the Group-wide Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Sound Like You?
A property and/or commercial lawyer with 4–5 years PAE and strong contract drafting experience. Experience from a well regarded private practice firm or in-house environment preferred. Calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused with the commercial acumen and confidence to manage matters independently.
