This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a lawyer with 3+ years PAE to join a growing pro bono practice at a leading independent Australian legal services provider.

The Timing
The pro bono practice is growing and this is a meaningful appointment within a high-performing, supportive team. They are looking for a lawyer who can manage their own files with autonomy, contribute to the ongoing development of the program and make an impact from day one.
The Work Itself
This is not a peripheral role. You will manage a varied pro bono caseload end to end across commercial, governance, employment and community-focused matters, working directly with vulnerable individuals and community organisations on outcomes that genuinely change lives. Alongside the casework, you will contribute to the firm's broader Pro Bono Impact Strategy, giving the role a scope that extends well beyond individual files. High-performing, purposeful and handled with real autonomy.

Sound Like You?
