Your New Role
Working with a dynamic and supportive partner, you will act on a broad mix or commercial property transactions, acting for buyers, sellers, and developers across diverse asset classes.
In this role you can expect to be involved in:
- High-value sales and acquisitions across industrial, retail, and commercial sectors
- Off-the-plan development projects and structured transactions
- Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing matters
- Trusted advisory work for a varied client base including developers, family offices, government, and corporates
- up to 20 weeks paid parental leave;
- lower billable targets;
- an in-house business development and marketing team and a budget to support you in building your external profile;
- community service leave, including opportunities to work with the Salvation Army on Christmas campaigns;
- flexible work arrangements;

- 3-5 years PAE in commercial property law;
- Strong drafting and file management skills;
