Your New Role
Reporting to a highly regarded property partner, you will advise on complex, high-value real estate matters spanning capital transactions, structured developments and major government infrastructure projects.

You will act for institutional investors, private equity funds, railway managers and major developers on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and large-scale project delivery. 

This is a visible leadership role, involving mentoring associates, strengthening key client relationships and leveraging networks across government, private equity and institutional real estate. You will play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the practice.

This opportunity will suit a commercially astute property lawyer who thrives on sophisticated, city-shaping projects and values both client engagement and strategic team contribution

Your Skills Profile
  • 8+ years PAE in Real Estate / Property law;
  • Top-tier or equivalent high-calibre background;
  • Excellent academics; 
  • Experience advising on large-scale development and infrastructure projects;
  • Exposure to capital transactions and institutional real estate (capital markets expertise highly regarded);
  • Established or developing networks across government, private equity or major developers;
  • Strong leadership capability and an interest in mentoring junior lawyers; and
  • Commercially minded with the confidence to engage directly with sophisticated clients.
