The Timing
The team is at a formative stage of growth with a deep pipeline of work from institutional investors, private equity and major developers. This is a pivotal appointment. They are looking for someone who can contribute meaningfully at a senior level, help strengthen key client relationships and play an active role in building the practice.
The Work Itself
Complex, high-value real estate matters spanning capital transactions, structured developments and major government infrastructure projects. Acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and large-scale project delivery for institutional investors, private equity funds, railway managers and major developers. Work that is sophisticated, varied and genuinely significant.
