The Work Itself
One matter might involve advising a major institutional investor on a multi-jurisdictional portfolio acquisition. Another could see you working on an urban regeneration project alongside government agencies and developers. Another still might be a build-to-rent development, a logistics asset, a hotel transaction, or a renewable energy project. The asset classes range across commercial office, retail, social and affordable housing, infrastructure, and leisure. Clients include large Australian and offshore developers, real estate funds, investors, and government agencies, and the work spans single assets right through to some of the most significant property deals in the country.

Sound Like You?
You'll have demonstrable transactional real estate experience from a leading top-tier, mid-tier, national, or boutique specialist firm, with 3+ years post-admission and admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand. A strong academic record, first-class attention to detail, and the ability to work through complex matters are essential. You're proactive, curious about AI and emerging technologies and keen to be part of maintaining a market-leading practice.
