The Timing
The Partner you'd be supporting has a strong, active practice and is looking for a senior lawyer who can take genuine ownership of complex matters. There's room to grow into the role and shape what it looks like over time.
The Work Itself
No two weeks look the same. One day you're working through the structure of a major industrial transaction; the next you're deep in the leasing arrangements for a complex shopping centre, or drafting the commercial agreements that underpin a significant residential development. The Partner's practice covers the full breadth of commercial property, which means you're never boxed into one type of matter. You'll move between transactional work, development projects, and leasing across some of the firm's most established client relationships, building genuine depth across the discipline as you go.

You'll have 6+ years PAE in commercial property law, with the technical, analytical, and drafting skills to match. You're a strong communicator, organised under pressure, and comfortable supervising and mentoring junior lawyers. Above all, you're a team player who brings a genuine can-do attitude to the work.
