The Work Itself
Specialist GST and payroll tax advice for corporates, private businesses and high-net-worth individuals, both as standalone guidance and as part of larger commercial and property transactions. Structuring deals, drafting technical opinions, navigating audits and disputes and delivering strategic, high-impact tax solutions. Exposure to litigious matters and close collaboration with the broader Commercial and Private Clients team.
