Your New Role
Working for 3 well-regarded partners, you will have access to a variety of clients including universities, government and private sector clients as well as ASX listed companies. 

You will be exposed to high-profile work across industrial relations, employment, occupational health and safety and anti-discrimination where you will be involved strategy, project management, regulatory matters as well as litigation. 

Given the quality of training and experience you will get in this team there is no doubt that your career will progress well ahead of your peers in other firms.  If you have contemplated taking your career in-house at some stage into the future, the work you will be exposed to will certainly provide real scope for you to achieve this.

Your Skills Profiles
  • 6+ years' PAE in Employment Law;
  • Ability to draft clear, concise, correct and commercial advice and documents;
  • Strong people skills; the ability to communicate and build a rapport with our clients;
  • Approaches work with purpose, energy, and initiative;
  • Builds strong relationships and communicates with influence and ease;
  • Leads by example and supports the development of junior colleagues;
  • Brings a commercial mindset, strong organisation skills, and attention to detail; and
  • Actively invests in their own learning to stay ahead of evolving client needs.
