About the Roles
Crown Law’s Constitutional Law Team is recruiting at multiple levels, including Senior Lawyer and Principal Lawyer, offering opportunities to advise on matters at the core of Queensland’s constitutional and public law framework. Acting for the Attorney-General, Solicitor-General, and key government agencies, you’ll work on complex, high-profile cases that test the boundaries of the Constitution, statutory interpretation, and human rights law. From High Court interventions to legislative challenges and issues of State authority, this is work rarely encountered outside government. Remuneration + Benefits

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for lawyers with:
- at least 4 years PAE, ideally with constitutional, public or government law experience
- Strong legal research, analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent drafting and advocacy ability, with tribunal or court experience desirable;
- Effective communication skills, able to deliver clear, practical advice;
- Collaborative and client-focused approach, with the ability to contribute to team capability and support peers; and
- A passion for serving the public and delivering outcomes that matter
