Your New Role
You will be part of a large, specialist team that acts for a prestigious client base, including government agencies, developers, head contractors and global engineering groups. Your work will span the full lifecycle of major projects—particularly in transport, renewables, social infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
You will be trusted to manage a diverse and sophisticated workload including:
- Project advisory during delivery
- High-value disputes, including adjudications, expert determinations, arbitration and litigation
- Drafting legal submissions, evidence and advice
- Managing matters end-to-end, including oversight of junior lawyers and paralegals
- Engaging closely with counsel, technical consultants, and clients at senior levels

- 3–6 years’ PAE, ideally within a dedicated construction, projects or infrastructure practice;
- Strong litigation or civil procedure grounding, especially within the resources, energy or major projects context
- Excellent technical skills and a keen eye for detail;
- Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines within a fluid work environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust your communication style based on your audience and positively influence desired outcomes;
