Your New Role
Working closely with a highly regarded partnership team, you will advise clients on a broad mix of corporate transactions and governance matters, including:

• Public and private M&A, including takeovers and schemes of arrangement
• Equity capital markets transactions such as IPOs and capital raisings
• ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance
• Corporate structuring, governance and stakeholder engagement

• 7–8 years’ PAE in corporate law, with significant experience in public/private M&A and/or ECM transactions;
• Excellent technical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Commercially astute and solution-focused
• Comfortable owning matters and engaging with clients directly
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing culture
• Skilled in managing competing priorities with clarity and confidence
