The Work Itself
Complex property damage claims, large loss recoveries and indemnity matters for a premium insurer client base. No motor vehicle files. Client reporting responsibilities and genuine oversight of a dedicated paralegal team. High-value, varied and handled with real autonomy.
Where You'll Land
A 14-person team led by a highly regarded partner with a collaborative, supportive culture. Hybrid working with one team day per week, a $500 home office setup allowance, up to 26 weeks paid parental leave, birthday leave, corporate discounts, free daily breakfast and Friday night drinks. A Senior Associate or Special Counsel with strong PAE in insurance, property damage or indemnity work. Large loss recovery experience highly regarded. Commercial litigators with a genuine appetite to transition into insurance are also considered.
