Peter is a highly experienced government lawyer and leader, with expertise spanning commercial, property, native title and dispute resolution matters.

•     10+ years' post-admission experience in property, planning or infrastructure law, or a closely related and transferable area

•     Extensive knowledge of the Land Act, Land Title Act, Planning Act and related property and planning legislation

Michael brings over two decades of extensive experience in top tier private practice firms across public law, administrative law, government advisory and regulatory litigation.

• Extensive knowledge of the Mental Health Act, and experience appearing before the Mental Health Review Tribunal and Mental Health Court

• Sound judgement handling complex, sensitive and precedent-setting matters
