Your New Role
Working closely with highly regarded Partners and senior lawyers across the country, you'll advise on complex legal issues at the intersection of technology and intellectual property. Advising high-profile clients, your new role will see you: 

  • Advising on risk management in regulatory, litigious, and pre-litigation matters including defamation.
  • Running disputes and litigation across the full spectrum of IP: patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, confidential information, passing off, and misleading or deceptive conduct.
  • Guiding clients on IP strategy, including brand protection, IP commercialisation, trademark and design prosecution.
  • Managing global IP portfolios, liaising directly with IP offices and international agents.
  • Drafting and filing trademark and design applications.
  • Advising on IT and regulatory matters spanning IP, privacy, and compliance.
  • Representing clients in dispute resolution on technology-related issues.

Your Skills Profile
  • 3-5 years’ PAE (experience in IP and technology law highly desirable, but not essential)
  • Experience in commercial law with a genuine interest to specialise in IP/T law;
  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy, brings energy and adaptability, and delivers commercially smart solutions;
  • Excellent technical, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Comfortable owning matters and engaging with clients directly
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing culture
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities with clarity and confidence
