The Work Itself
You will advise on major technology procurements, outsourcing arrangements, managed services agreements and digital transformation projects for both public and private sector clients.

Alongside complex contracting work, you'll help clients navigate the evolving legal and regulatory issues surrounding artificial intelligence, privacy, data and emerging technologies. The work is intellectually challenging, commercially focused and often sits at the centre of significant business decisions.

Sound Like You? 
You will have 4+ years' PAE gained in a quality private practice environment, together with strong academics and excellent drafting skills. Technology experience is highly regarded but not essential. Strong commercial lawyers with an interest in technology, innovation and emerging legal issues are encouraged to apply.


You'll be commercially minded, technically strong and able to deliver clear, practical advice while building strong client relationships.
