Our client is a listed real estate investor and funds management business with a strong Australian and New Zealand footprint and a growing funds platform. The organisation operates retail property funds and is actively executing a growth strategy that includes expanding into wholesale funds and more complex capital structures. This evolution is driving increased transactional activity, corporate complexity and the need for senior, commercial legal leadership.
The business is well-capitalised, pragmatic and commercially driven with a legal team that is resourcing ahead of growth, not reacting to it.
