Your New Role
Step into a high-growth niche at the intersection of institutional capital, real assets and complex transactions. You’ll join a national team recognised for shaping how capital flows into real estate development and infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will:
- Drive corporate real estate transactions including joint ventures, fund structuring and capital-flow work.
- Work on acquisitions at both fund and asset level.
- Support major institutional clients on high-value mandates across the national platform.
- Contribute to governance, structuring and advisory work adjacent to funds and private assets.
- Gain exposure to development-focused capital transactions — a growing, in-demand capability that only a small number of teams nationally specialise in.

- 2–5 years’ PAE in transactional work - funds, corporate or real estate backgrounds all welcome.

- Curiosity, commercial thinking and the confidence to engage with sophisticated clients.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the desire to build a long-term niche in a high-value specialisation.
- Strong attention to detail and technical skills; and
- Hunger to learn and develop within a market-leading practice.
- Prior corporate real estate experience isn’t essential. A solid transactional foundation, whether in funds, corporate or real estate will set you up well, and the team provides the support to build capability in this area.
