Your New Role
Working alongside a highly regarded commercial litigation practitioner, you will be directly involved in a major, high-profile Commonwealth matter. As part of a national team, you’ll enjoy direct client engagement, manage workflows confidently, and contribute meaningfully within a high-performing cohort.

Alongside the Commonwealth work, you’ll also gain exposure to a diverse mix of disputes, including:
  • Regulatory investigations, including ACCC matters
  • Judicial review proceedings for government agencies
  • Regulatory disputes for corporate clients
  • Advisory work for state and federal government bodies
This role offers a rare opportunity to sharpen your commercial litigation skills, expand your government-facing expertise and elevate your profile within a team recognised for its excellence.

Your Skills Profile
  • 2-4 years PAE within a well-respected litigation practice
  • Strong capability managing workflows, delegating and supporting junior team members
  • Exceptional drafting, analytical and research skills
  • The confidence to engage meaningfully with government, corporate and SME clients
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in both autonomous and team-focused settings
  • Eligibility to obtain (or current holding of) a Baseline Security Clearance
  • Experience in investigations or government disputes (advantageous but not essential, strong litigation capability is key)
