Your New Role
Working alongside a highly regarded commercial litigation practitioner, you will be directly involved in a major, high-profile Commonwealth matter. As part of a national team, you’ll enjoy direct client engagement, manage workflows confidently, and contribute meaningfully within a high-performing cohort.
Alongside the Commonwealth work, you’ll also gain exposure to a diverse mix of disputes, including:
- Regulatory investigations, including ACCC matters
- Judicial review proceedings for government agencies
- Regulatory disputes for corporate clients
- Advisory work for state and federal government bodies

- 2-4 years PAE within a well-respected litigation practice
- Strong capability managing workflows, delegating and supporting junior team members
- Exceptional drafting, analytical and research skills
- The confidence to engage meaningfully with government, corporate and SME clients
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in both autonomous and team-focused settings
- Eligibility to obtain (or current holding of) a Baseline Security Clearance
- Experience in investigations or government disputes (advantageous but not essential, strong litigation capability is key)
