Your New Role
Working alongside respected practitioners, you’ll advise insurers, brokers, self-insured employers, and insured clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. You’ll manage a diverse file load of personal injury insurance claims under the workers’ compensation and PIPA frameworks, lead advocacy at compulsory conferences, and prepare Reasons for Decisions in statutory claims, all with guidance and mentorship from senior practitioners and partners who are genuinely invested in your growth.
