Your New Role
Your new role will see you working closely with an experienced Partner and Special Counsels on a broad mix of high-value and complex property matters. You’ll gain exposure to:

  • Drafting and negotiating leases, variations, consents, and surrenders;
  • Managing commercial acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence;
  • Advising on agribusiness and renewable energy transactions, including wind farm leasing;
  • Supporting settlement and registration processes; and
  • Collaborating with corporate teams on divestment and project work.
The team offers true variety, you won’t be pigeonholed into one client or task stream. You’ll enjoy hands-on experience, direct client contact, and strong mentoring within a high-performing, supportive environment.

Your Skills Profile
  • 1-5 years PAE in property law;
  • Solid drafting, communication and analytical skills;
  • A commercial, solution-focused mindset;
  • Leadership capability and a genuine interest in developing junior lawyers (for lawyers 3+ years);
  • Ability to work autonomously and enjoyment in collaboratively; and
  • A genuine interest in delivering strong results for your clients.
