This evolution is driving increased transactional activity, corporate complexity and the need for senior, commercial legal leadership.

Your New Role
Reporting to the General Counsel, this is a senior, influential legal role operating as 2IC within the legal function.
Working closely with the executive team and Board, you will provide commercial legal advice across:
- Corporate transactions, including M&A and strategic initiatives
- Funds establishment and ongoing funds management (retail and wholesale)
- ASX Listing Rules compliance and listed entity governance
- Oversight of the Company Secretarial function
- Supporting the organisation’s transition into wholesale funds and more complex structures
- Cutting through complexity to deliver commercially sound, pragmatic advice
